Steam app will keep your mods updated and synchronize subscriptions between your devices. This method is the simplest and more preferable. Wait until files are downloaded (make sure your Steam app is running and has access to the Internet).Visit mod’s page and click the Subscribe button (you should be logged in).Find the desired mod at Cities: Skylines Workshop page.It should look like this: Saves/ExampleSaveGame.crp. The screenshot you show is for Steam mods that you subscribe to. Mods need to have their own subfolder inside the Mods directory though.
